Technical Support: Two new bugs in the chat with Audio.
Hi VS,
When a model goes private the audio mute seems to be off in the rooms and sometimes models audio from their privates is in open chat even when they are in private.
So the two bugs are.
1- audio mute button once a model goes private is not muted as before.
2- the private audio is in open room sometimes.

Im using VS Client v.4.0.66, Flash version 11,5,502,110 and Firefox 17.0.1 . When this problem appears seems only when models go private the audio sometimes ends up in open room. I had all the rooms muted too at the time and once a private with audio kicks in the audio is unmuted for that room sometimes.
Also a few minutes ago this room "http://www.flirt4free.com/rooms/jade_campbell/" went private and the audio went out in open room, you maybe need to check what version of the performer application she's on too and if that could be the reason too. That's all the information I have really for now for you to chase this up. Good luck. Quote

Earlier today I made some server-side changes with the goal of minimizing the private audio in open problem. I'd be interested to hear whether the situation has improved or not.

vs_scottl The fix seems good mate 
, I tried to even trip it out of not normal situations and it held well no audio leaked out into open room when a private was in progress. Nice job and again thank you VS for the Goodwill gesture .
I will keep an eye out for any new bugs that may appear while you go threw the site updates and report them here too. Good luck with the updates.

New open room bug with Audio, it's happened a few times to me today. I have all the rooms muted always unless I unmute one. In this case all rooms were muted then suddenly audio appears out of nowhere. I check what room is doing it and for the 4th-5th time today it showed this error message and only way to mute the room again was to refresh the room, because the mute button would fail to work after that error showed.

I just saw how it trips that error .. let me list it in stages.
1. performer was in private
2. private show ended
3. the video did this http://i45.tinypic.com/2qtbyo9.jpg and the loading thing kept spinning but frozen video.
4. the error box appeared http://i50.tinypic.com/v6t94x.jpg and the video moved again and audio that was muted came into open room again.
5. had to refresh to mute the audio again

Okay actually it throws 2 error types..
Other error is this one too that causes the same audio problem with the mute.
