Has this happened more than once to you? If you have a minutes, will you tell me what version of the interface is that you're using?
You can locate this by going to the interface in question and right clicking anywhere on the interface. This will launch a menu which lists the interface version as the top menu item.
Let's see if we can find the source of this problem.

That roughly coincides with some updates that I made to these interfaces for unrelated reasons. It seems as though this problem was affected as well. I'll keep this issue in mind and test specifically for this as I make further improvements. If you have any other problems or questions, just let me know.

I have had the same problem a few times some weeks ago, its not an issue as i just refresh a few times and bingo the model appears. I have a more pressing problem where some rooms I cant get the audio to work clearly..trying a different browser yields no result, if there is any suggestion please help. Sorry to hijack rheza thread

In terms of the audio not working clearly, can you please elaborate on this issue for me? First off is the audio absent or does it work, but poorly? You mentioned that this happens in SOME rooms, do you confirm that the audio works perfectly in some and not in others?

Audio works but its very unclear, yet in other rooms I dont have a problem or if i go back in the room some days later it works good. I ask other members in the same room and they tell me they hear the models perfectly. I am not an IT expert, I suspect its something Im doing wrong.
I use firefox, flash 11.5.502.146, windows 7, and recently reset my laptop so its effectively brand new
cheers

I mentioned in my last post that there was a recent change to the interface in question, but it turns out that I had it mixed up in my head when I wrote that. The guest interface was updated recently to fix an unrelated problem, not the open interface. Since the two interfaces are almost identical, it's easy to mix them up in my head on a whim.
The last time the open interface was updated was early December. So that rules out any recent changes on the flash side as the issue. Though that doesn't mean that the problem hasn't existed since the last update or even before that.
I will be creating a task for this and investigating this further. Though I will need some more details so that I can move forward with this.
1. How long has this been happening to you?
2. What browser and browser version are you using?
3. Which OS does your computer use?
That should be all I need to get this going. I will keep you posted.
