Technical Support: my private shows
Hello
I have a lot of private shows recordet. Alls Show will not play. There is an endless exchange between "buffering" and "playing" and search. That makes it no fun to watch the show again. What is the problem. Please solution! Thank you.

I'm observing the same. VODs are all taking a long time to load (VIP content) and own recorded shows are beyond playing fluently. Is this an "oversees" issue or is recorded content in the us also very slow?

It was getting behind on processing those, and should getting caught up real soon now.

I appreciate that. But still every VOD an private recordings are completely in a reloading loop - play for a few secs, load for more than a few secs and than continue playing for a few sec - and so on. Normal life content is fluent although it takes some time to build up a page. Is this an US to Europe issue or current state of the page?
