Chrome keeps telling me all the time that it will soon stop supporting Flash. Flash has also never worked decently on any of my computers, so I went through your forums, and somewhere I found that last year you made the transition from Flash to HTML5. Excellent!
However, with Flash plugin disabled in Chrome, when I enter into a model's chat I am asked to install Flash player where the model's video stream should be playing: "Please Install Flash
Adobe Flash Player is a lightweight browser plug-in and rich Internet application runtime that delivers consistent and engaging user experiences, stunning audio/video playback. Please install the flash player here to start watching the video stream."
1) Why is this happening? Is Flash still necessary?
2) Do you have any plans for when Chrome will stop supporting Flash?
Thanks for your answer. Quote

We are not aware of Chrome discontinuing support for Flash. While they have been on a steady path to discontinue support for NPAPI plugins which include Java, Silverlight and some others, their support for Flash continues.
When it comes to desktop browsers, there is still no single alternative for Flash video which is why we continue to use it. We are making steady progress toward alternatives, but it will still take some time (likely years, if ever) before Flash is completely unsupported.
Currently Chrome does not support HLS in its desktop browser, so the only thing we can suggest at this point is that you attempt to have as few additional windows/applications open when viewing video if Flash is causing your browser issues. Quote
