Lastschrift doesn't work. The only way to purchase without a Visa, Master, or Discover card is to use Bitcoin.
The card doesn't have to be a credit card - it can be a prepaid card. Quote

Terminology differs in different parts of the world, Derek. What you are describing as a prepaid credit card we would call a debit card. Debit cards are issued by banks as well as by other financial institutions

In the US you can buy a gift card from many US retailers. Buy Master Card or Visa do not buy American Express the site does not accept American Express. Also if you buy a $50 visa gift card and you register it with the site but not buy credits at that time, the site will put a 'pre Authorization' on the card for $2.00 so if you then try and buy $50 it will fail (only $48 available). The pre Authorization should clear in about 5 days and you can then use the full $50. So may want to get a gift card for say $55 register it and use the $50 when you get a good discount with an in room offer. use the last $5 when you get a room offer for $5.
