Technical Support: Models don't see the new emoticons!
I visited few chat rooms today and when I chat and also add those new emoticons, the models say they can only view the text we type, not the emoticons. One of them told me she'd to log off as model and enter chat rooms as a user to check them out!

I was wondering, if this is to the point a regional restriction. Do, e.g., North American models see the new emojis, but in South America and Europe they don't?
I guess it's only a matter of time to have this feature unblocked on the models site, so I recommend patience ;). Quote

I doubt if the issue is with the location as I've had both an American and Europe model telling me yesterday that they don't see the new emojis(unless they login as a user, not a model).

I passed on the info to some of my fav models..looks like they still face issues, some of them cannot view even after software update. So far, I've seen just one model actually using the new smileys in chat but then, she is bit of a geek
Anyway I feel this'd get resolved eventually or they'd contact support themselves

My understanding is a lot of the models have upgraded but gave trouble reading the new bubble format so they revert to the older format and can't see the emoticons.
