Technical Support: When I go to a models (male) recorded shows my mouse doesn't show a preview when I roll over it.
I'm a VIP member, when I go to a male models recorded shows and roll my mouse over the still shot only a small percentage of the videos will preview.
The older shows from 2014 and before all seem to preview with the mouse but starting in Jan 2015 only some do. A small percentage of them.
Is it possible that some people are not adding the videos with the mouse preview option?

At one point in time here, one needed a minimum of 300 credits in wallet in order to get storybook previews. This was quite few months ago. It would not be unreasonable to assume that a member may now require 5000 minimum credits to have the privilege to guess what they might find.

I'm not a VIP, and at the moment I don't have 300 credits in my wallet
I tested a few random models just now and found the same as whcharlie - the rollover preview works for some VODs but not for others. It appears to be random
I suspect a bug, rather than some VODs being posted with the preview option disabled Quote

The minimum appears to be set at 100 credits, as I recently lost the ability when I dropped to 99 credits from 100 after sending a 1 credit virtual gift

Do you mean 100 credits in your wallet? I have only 50 credits in my wallet

]years ago i thought it was set at 300 credits? and at that time it worked, now it only seems to work for older shows (some 2014, some 2013, 2012 and older it works), i just moved 300 credits to my wallet from bank (always kept it in my bank and it worked). From my experiment, it will work on some party vods, but no private shows for any given model (unless it's an two to three years old). Not sure what happened, i just assumed they stopped the previews, that's how i could determine which VODS to rent based on what i saw and if i liked, now it's harder to figure out which ones i want vs. which ones i don't want to rent. wish we could get an explanation of what is required for it to work again for any vod that we hover our mouse over or if they've cut out the preview on certain vods. -)
