For some reason my notifications keep going away. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes. This has been a problem for quite a while for me. My email address is good enough for the system to use for sending me for certain emails I receive from the site but the code to send model notifications doesn't like it. Previous comments about it in the forums and to CS have fallen on deaf ears.

Only way the notifications work for me is to go to the Newsletters Subscriptions page and click on ALL the boxes. Of course, this means you'd also receive the Flirt junk mail.

Yes, I keep losing both the notification email address and any models that I have selected. This has been happening for several months now on and off, despite selecting the "ALL MAILINGS" checkbox on the Newletters page (which also gets randomly unticked occasionally).

At the end of the day, its Flirt / VS that loses out, because if I don't know a favourite model is on, I don't take them private, so won't buy any credits.

Please sort it out guys.

Reality - this hapens a lot over the years as the site updates .
Not all topics are read here :(

Please email of call them to get things fixed fastest :thumbsup
Notifications sometimes are turned off if they get an email or 2 returned to them [thier server or your email server is busy]

Do any of you guys use auto-responders like a "Out of Office" auto-reply? If this were the case, our email newsletters@vs.com would hit your mailbox, your auto-responder would reply to newsletters@vs.com. Any message that comes back to newsleter@vs.com mailbox is viewed as a bounced message thus unsubscribing that person from all mailings.

Contact customer service so we can investigate further. For those that want to receive "Online Notifications" and other mailings we want to ensure that you are receiving the mailings.
