Technical Support: VODs not working
I try to watch some of the VODs but none of them are not working.

This seems to be an ongoing problem. Not much incentive to stay as a VIP if we can't get what we pay for. VODs still won't load. This was first reported on 3/7 and here it is 4/3 and still not fixed.

We have been experiencing some issues today. Have any of you had problems throughout the period this thread was created, or intermittently? We are aware of the problem over the last day. If you have specific videos that are not currently loading, please forward them to customerservice@vsmedia.com. We certainly are aware this is a major issue for all of our customers and want to get it rectified as soon as possible.

What is your current situation for VOD availability? We have been doing a big upgrade on our servers and it has led to some problems. I'm testing right now and am unable to duplicate an issue with individual private shows.
If the issue is persisting, can you provide some links to individual shows that aren't playing? Please send them to customerservice@vsmedia.com, Attn: Jason. Then I can forward it to our developers to try to pinpoint the issue. Quote
