Technical Support: Gift Giving Feed-Possibility of Opt-out?
I'm one of those members who likes to keep my business private, so I appreciate the gift wrap option for off line tipping and gifting, and the ability to tip anonymously in chat. I don't see an anonymous option for giving online pumpkins or candy hearts and other big contest objects, and I don't see a way to tip anonymously during a private show. Is that something that can be set up?
Even more important for me, is that most of the time I use the anonymous option just to keep my tip off the general Gift Giving Feed. I like to tip openly when I'm in a model's room, but dislike having my transaction posted for all to see in that gift giving page. Any chance you could have an opt out feature-maybe combine it with VIP privileges?
Finally, what's the purpose of the Gift Giving Feed?

Finches, you aren't the only one, who likes to have tips unknown. I do, too, so when I tip, I like using the gift wrap, then no one will see it's from me. I like the gift wrap, and why possibly start making changes to that, when there are people like you, and me, who like it, and use it.

I prefer to tip anonymously; the model knows who is tipping and it's no one else's business whether I tip or not (unless it's a party chat, and even then only if I'm making a request, which I rarely ever do). It would be nice if that anonymity could be extended to the sending of pumpkins, etc., but also to pledging for Group Shows, as well as having that option available for sending boost points and votes (for FOTY, Costume contest, etc.). I know we can hide our name for sending boost points, but it would be easier if--like with sending tips--we could just click a box below selecting our boost amount from the model's room instead of having to exit and make adjustments to our account settings.

Ohhhhh!!! Is that what Gift Wrapping means? That the model can't see how gave them the gift? I thought it was just some some random add on.

No. Gift Wrapping means that no one else can see who sent the gift to the model. The model will know, but the gift itself will not show up under "Gifts" on the model's profile page.
This is basically what happens when members tip anonymously: the tips are "gift-wrapped". If you have ever sent an anonymous tip, look for it in your Virtual Gifts and Tips history from your Account Page. It will say "gift-wrapped", but often the model will whisper a thanks to you, acknowledging that he or she knows you sent the tip. Quote

I really appreciate when they do that. My reason for starting this thread is that FOTY supervotes (show as 25 credit tips), in-private tips, in-chat pumpkins/candy hearts and the like can still show up on the main Gift Giving Feed. I'd like there to be a way to opt out of that. I don't want any of my transactions showing up there.
