I am missing a VOD from a show I did on August 3 with Angel Vi, I sent in an email to support asking about this, but have not heard anything on the status was it lost or just delayed? Quote

We make our best effort to record every paid show so that you can enjoy it again at a later date. However, we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded.

Shows may not be available for a number of reasons:
1. The performer requested that the show not be made available.
2. There was an error in the recording process and/or the file was corrupted during transfer. Even though the failure rate is pretty low, it does happen and such videos cannot be repaired or recovered
3. Only private shows are recorded; voyeur shows and are not recorded.
4. Videos must be a minimum of 4 minutes to become part of the video archives.
