You might also simply try another model's room, and see if it happens there. If not, you know it is on the model's internet. Quote

Indeed. About 5-6 months ago, I reported a system-wide internet problem to customer support. The answer was essentially that it was my imagination, and send them a screen shot (Uh, screen shot of an internet freeze> How would you tell??)
But when I went back to the site, Google advised me the F4F main page URL was down, and had been for several minutes. Didn't last long, but obviously there was indeed a problem.
