Thanks for taking the time to contact us through the forums. We're sorry you're experiencing this issue. We work hard to record paid shows and have them uploaded as VODs so you can watch the show again. Video creation is an extra perk, and sometimes, issues occur during one of the processes, so we make no guarantee that all shows will be recorded, made available to guests, or will remain on the site indefinitely.
Another reason could be that the performer requested that the show not be made available.

I'm sure ths is not the case as all the VODs missing this past couple weeks occurred with models that have been favorites fo almost 4 years and I've had hundreds of private shows with no VODs missing until recently. Quote

I assure you this is not the case. This type of thing happens at least once a year, and anytime we write customer service we get this scripted response because they don't want to look into the issue. This is especially the case on the weekend. Best to wait until Monday when the A Team is back, and someone there will take your request seriously.
I too have 2 VODs MIA. What will be found when they finally look into it is that the videos are caught in some kind of chute, and once they discover the issue, most of the videos, if not all will be processed.
Unfortunately it just takes some time to get someone's attention to take us seriously.
In the meantime, other members should start coming forward and adding comments to this post who have VODS missing, this will help the process and one of the more knowledgeable CS agents will address this.

Yesterday i have private show with a model, but i dont see video today in 'shows' button in my account.

I received the email from Support and replied with the information requested. I have also replied with updates of other VODs not yet posted since the original email response. I appreciate all efforts to retrieve these VODs.

After contacting customer service through Tech Issues section I have received this email message in return:
“There is currently a backlog of VODs, please allow us some time to get this fixed if you do not see your video in 72 hours please let us know Should you still have any questions, please feel free to call our 24/7 Customer Service Department. A representative is always available to assist you.”
