Technical Support: Views on unwatched VODs?
I have noticed lately that after a private, when I look at my VOD page, that private will have a number of views.
The model does not have any public VOD's and I had not watched it yet (not even previewed). The model certainly has not watched it either.
So how can it have views already, if it is not available to the public and neither of us watched it? Let me know please so it doesn't drive me crazy. Lol Quote

Hello. Thank you for reach out via the Forums. We were able to confirm that the shows have been set to 'Active Private' which means that only you and the model are able to view the videos. With that said, our system does count views made by you and the model [even if it hovering the video for mere seconds]. We can confidently confirm that no other users have viewed the videos as it would show us the method in which they viewed i.e. by purchase or using a VOD pass etc. We do apologize for the confusion and understand how it lead to frustration. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any further questions or concerns. -AL
