Maybe I didn't read that right, but I've used "Live Support" chat many times, and I've never hat to give anything but my user name and i usually give the screen name I'm chattin' about to make sure they get the right issue. Only time I've had to give account information other than that is if i call Support about a billin' issue etc..

That's been my experience as well, which is why I was a bit concerned when asked to verify all of that information..
