I have recently leveled up twice but I don't see the change of numbers on my shields, it remains the same, when I enter a room and write I see the shield with the same number 732 and it should be 734.

Duno whut vscustomer service told you, but if you go to your profile settings you can set your max value at "Default" and when you level-up it should change when you refresh after you receive notification.
