Unable to log into models chat room?

Yes, this appears to be a problem this afternoon where it was not earlier today. I tried emptying my history and restarting but that did not work. It doesn't matter whether I am logged in under my membership or as an unregistered user and it is occuring on several VS sites. I am able to get to the models' room page but the chat and video windows never appear. Customer Service please advise, thank you. (Will send email request also.)

Yeah, it is a first for me too. I emailed customer service. Hope to receive a reply soon.

- Is everyone still having this issue?
- Which browser versions?
- Has everyone tries clearing browser cache?
- CTRL-F5 to force reload doesn't fix the problem?
If you guys could respond to these questions I'll try to work out what is going on.

Plus never had problem in the past?
When trying to log into any chat rooms,says you need adobe flash and just sit's there?
also,says on bottom of page i am on site,but error on page??

Not having a problem on I.E 10. With latest flash player Or Firefox.

I'm using IE 7 or 8 whichever is latest version that Windows XP will support.
I cleared the cache.
Ctrl-F5 doesn't fix it.

Hey,
This problem should be fixed now, please do a Ctrl-F5 one more time when entering the models room to flush your cache when you are logged in. If you have anymore issues please let me know.
