I just did an offer show and it did not work as expected. My understanding based on forum information and the promotional material was that when the show time countdown hit 0 it would switch to what I had in my wallet. (I did a 20 min 40cpm offer with 1000+ credits in my wallet) Instead, the pvt ended at the 20 minute mark. (video duration is 19:59) I was able to immediately start a new pvt without adding credits, but it was not seamless as expected and I got the standard room rate since I didn't do a second offer. The model had to go back to free chat so I could restart the private. Had our timing been a few minutes off we both would have been really unhappy.

Your 'wallet' is where credits that can be spent are. The only other place to store credits is in the 'bank'.
When you start a show, the amount of time that it can last is based entirely on your wallet balance.

That isn't what happened with this offer show. The show ended for "time up" at the 20 mins from the offer even though I still had money in my wallet as evidenced by the fact that I could immediately start a pvt without moving credits from the bank or buying more credits. (Also the VOD time was 19:59) The show it happened on was with Mopasan on 7/25.

I finally figured this one out. Its 'fixed' in the sense that I've published changes out to the live website but I could still be a few more hours until all performers are running on the latest platform.

Thanks for the quick response. Do the performers have to do something to run on the latest platform or does it automatically happen next time they login?
