Technical Support: Model not able to get reply from Site

The model "Chloey" has emailed VS support a few times and never got a response .
She lives in Australia and gets charged for the 1 - 800 numbers .
Will someone please contact her to help her with some issues to include Flirt phone and more ?

Hello - I'm in Australia as well and can't do PVT sessions with models either. It keeps going back to the chat screen when you click on the "Go Private" button. It's been doing it for the past 10 hours. Will also e-mail support as it's expensive to make phone calls to the US. Last time I put a support e-mail in I waited 2 days then made an expensive phone call.

Hi LickaU - CHLOEY has actually been in contact with us multiple times to get her issues resolved. If she's having trouble getting ahold of us for some reason, this would be a new issue and she should email broadcastsupport@vsmedia.com to get it resolved. We definitely want to help her out.
