Technical Support: no sound
i have no sound in any rooms however the speaker icon shows it is on please help

Feldspar, usually, and normally, there isn't supposed to be any sound by webcam models in the rooms they are in. Since you were having a problem with sound, and may not've thought of this, contact customer support either by posting on a thread about it, sending them an e-mail, phoning, or all three. They respond, and answer what you would like to know.
