when I start a private chat session my cam wont display.. I have the latest version of flash installed and my webcam light comes on.

I also get the Flash prompt to enable my webcam but nothing works.

I am using IE 11 on Windows 10..

Hello dubaidave,
In order to start a cam2cam session, you need to click on the cam2cam image, if available. Please note that cam2cam is not available in all private shows.
Once you've done that you should either see your own video which confirms that everything is working fine, or you'll get an error message. Please provide the error message to us for further trouble shooting.
