Technical Support: Site is very slow this weekend
It's very slow to load, parts of pages are missing, VOD's need two refreshes to load.
Nothing is wrong with my internet, all other sites work fine. And happening on Firefox AND Chrome on my Mac.

It's just awful. Is any of this tested before being released? Were there any backend changes or client changes? Just awful.

All seems to be fixed now. A little bit after I sent the initial message about this, I clicked to go back to the homepage of the site and received a DNS timeout error. I then entered the URL into the address bar again and it's been flying since then.
Not sure if there were any issues on your side but I can assure you it was nothing on mine. All other sites I visited loaded with no problems. Quote

Still curious to know if the problem was on your side or somewhere in between? Still seems odd that I bring up the issues (after they were happening for a while) and within an hour everything is cleared up.
