I have tried multiple model rooms and I am not getting video feed. I am seeing all eh written communication but not the picture.

I am on a desktop pc using chrome. I have noticed lately that each time I enter a room I am needing to refresh to get a picture/video. Today the refresh does not seem o be working.
Pretty bad when a model is speaking to me and I have no idea and then to see him upset because I have not responded when I finally get a screen.
Is there an update to something I need to download?

...note... I was able to get video feeds in a couple rooms now but I had to continuously refresh.

Trying clearing the cookies and cache from Google Chrome. You can also try using Firefox and see if that works for you as well. Also, make sure that the Adobe Flash Player is up to date.
