Yes, I've seen it, multiple times. Sometimes it only effects floods, sometimes single tips, sometimes both. I've actually had CS on the phone and in a models room actually see it happen. The chat is missing, but the noise, and if Wi-vib or OmMiBod, it does work. Models are not seeing them either. Comes and goes, might not see the tip message in chat for 4 or 5 minutes, or a hour. And other chatters will work. I've wondered if it was a peekshows.com issue or Flirt4free.com issue (they are the same site except for page differences).
