Technical Support: Expired Videos
There’s Various VOD videos within my purchase history that say expired, the thumbnail still shows as well though. But when I click on it to play it, the link says there is a missing recording or invalid ID. Please help me restore this purchase so I may view my videos again. Thank you.

Before I became a VIP member my pvt vids were available for a good few months before they expired. Obviously as a VIP all my vids were available but now that I am longer VIP I expected my vids to all expire however now that I don't subscribe for VIP my pvt videos since then have expired the following day after the pvt show. Why is this?

As a VIP member, your private videos are available to you for viewing for free. If you are not a VIP member, then you are given an opportunity to view your recording for free within 24 hours of the live show, as a courtesy. After the 24 hours, you are given the opportunity to purchase the video, if you wish to watch it again.
