I have been facing issues regarding buying credits i use proxy and my account gets locked then i call customer care they dont reply plus i used to have live chat thats also gone now and no working

Live chat is working properly. We have spoken via email. You must wait 30 mins before you can process your card you have tries too many times it will require to wait at least 30 mins before you can process the card again.
