You have a major programming defect with regard to the redemption of Flirt Rewards. When you unlock the desired percentage, then purchase your credits, the percentage does not automatically post to the Credits. This is such a simple programming interface I do not know how it was missed in testing. Instead one has to call back and have the account manually upgraded for the points. And you staff has the audacity to say it has not worked for two years, I already know that. I expect to be compensated for the inabilities of your programmers .

In addition, If you wish to purchase credits and earn Reward points on that screen, it does not process the purchase or the Flirt Reward Percentage. The entire screen is broken. This is not high Tech Programming. but the most basic of programming and testing.
Your programmers should be embarrassed by their poor performance. And I expect to be compensated for this also. I spoke to Antonia today and she watched the entire fiasco. Please respond immediately. (aka JZUN)

Thank you for taking the time to contact us via the forums. We apologize for the experience you are having and thank you for bringing this to our attention. After you "unlock" a Promo Code with your Flirt Reward points, you then will click "redeem" on the same offer in which you pressed unlock. A screen will appear in which you can purchase credits and your promo is applied to the purchase. If the purchase is made from the buy credits screen the promo will not be applied. We have also forwarded this to the appropriate department to investigate and ensure all steps are working properly and will reach out to you directly. Please also keep a look out for an email from us shortly. CC

It seems the Flirt Reward points redemption is also broken for the 24-hour video pass. I redeemed 10k reward points on this item three hours ago, logged out & in several times, and still cannot watch the Daily Free VODs.

All resolved, I have access now - it took five hours to activate the redeemed item.

If you are going to limit how many credits can be purchased when redeeming points, it should be stated in advance. I just clicked to redeem 22% more credits, but I am limited to spending only $100. So I used 25,000 points to get an extra 50 credits. Why not let me use the 22% off if I want to spend $500 or $1,000?
