Hi, if I log in as guest everything works fine, 1 tap on screen I can hide the chat thread, however when I log in as user cannot get rid of chat but more frustrating than that is, when signed as user, there is a constant circle with black triangle in middle off the screen, nothing removes it, I want to add more credits but this circle spoils viewing, spoke to cust serv who wanted a screenshot, explained more than once, it's a tablet and no option to do screen shot, can you help please? I suggest you read the manual for your tablet and learn how to take a screenshot
