Technical Support: Alternate screen names?
How do I switch screen names so I can chat under a different name? I have three, and almost always use my primary default name. Once in a while though I would like to use the other names. I have tried resetting but I still come up under my primary name. Do I have to sign out and sign back in every time I want to change names? Seems cumbersome.... Thanks for any advice.

In regards to your question about switching screen names, users can switch their username while in chat. All you need to do is be in a room, hit your username in the top right corner, and select "change screen name" then choose which one to apply.
Another way to do this would be within the chat as well. Within the chat, you can select the gear icon next to the DM - click your username and it will prompt you to change your screen name. -EJ
