Technical Support: Image unavailable
Has anyone else notice a recent increase in the number of VODs where the preview screen or screenshot of the action is unavailable.

Yeah, I found what you're describing. Thanks for bringing it up. I've created a task for the team to find which server is causing the error and correct the matter. We'll also reprocess the missing files to make a retroactive correction. It may take a bit of time to get them all reprocessed, but you'll eventually see the images.

Yes, am seeing same thing on VODs I have viewed multiple times. This is the first time I got a "NO Image" message.

Bio page of Mia Klavner has links for five videos; four are Image Not Available.
Bio page of Mia Percy has five of five Image Not Available.
Bio page of Mia Evens has two of five Image Not Available.

Your assistance in getting to the bottom of this problem which is becoming quite pervasive
throughout the website would be most appreciated.

I don't know if again is the correct word here, more like still. I can't recall a day when I didn't come across VODs with blocked images. Choose a random model and go-to view my videos from their room page and it will give you a preview of up to 6 of their videos and most if not all will be blacked out with the message image not available.
