Technical Support: Model Video Previews

I noticed this morning that the preview for the Model's videos is not working. Only button on video is "Play Video". "Preview " button is not there as usual. I also went to check out "Feature Shows" videos, and the ones I tried on sat spinning for several minutes.
So??? Is there a glitch with the system today, or did I miss the memo??? Quote

Appears to be with all videos, I just tried to watch a video I recorded yesterday and it just sat spinning for several minutes. Then I tried one I had done a few weeks ago and watched several times and was same thing.

So there seems to be something wrong with the system today. I also have that situation now.
Glad to know it's not just me or my pc.. I tried all 3 browsers and mobile app on iPhone 13 with same results.
