Technical Support: Favorites Who Are Online Not Showing

...It shows that I have 13 favorites currently online, when I click on the "My Favorites" link I am only getting 1. I have checked and there are 10 that are online right now. They do show up when I am in a models room. What could be causing this problem? Quote

Hi Phil. I'm going to look into this for you, but I need to know the following to track down any problems. Please provide any URLs if possible:
- Where was it telling you that you had 13 favorites online?
- Where were you only getting the 1 favorite online?

Having somewhat simliar problem as Phil with a different twist. Favorites column still showing multiple favs online for extended hours after they sign off.
