Technical Support: Cannot Advance or Click Back in Daily VOD Must Watch Whole Video

On the daily VOD for the last couple of days I have not been able to click ahead or back in the video. You have to watch the whole thing. I don't know if this is something that is on purpose or some issue that might need to be corrected.

Our Tech guy was able to give this response:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have confirmed that we can reproduce the issue in Chrome 26.x with the plugin settings as you described. However, we are still able to get the video to play by clicking on the right-hand side of the video.
Can you hover over the lower-right region of the video and see if you can click to play? This does currently prevent the use of the scrub-bar, but at least you will be able to watch the video while we investigate further. "
