Technical Support: Boost points not being added

My boost points for being logged into the site for two consecutive hours are not being added on to my total. I have noticed this over the last 4 days now, also not all points are being added for reviewing vods, This is a small problem but so far its about 300 points and counting, as I am a vip the points are doubled when boosting so my favourite models are beginning to lose out on their boosts and perks

I have the same problem. I keep getting disconnected while using the new interface. I dont want to use the old interface because the emoticons cover the text.

@Calibaddboy, I have a several questions for you.
1. Does it disconnect for you every time?
2. How long would you say that you're in a room before it disconnects?
3. Do you happen to notice any patterns with the length of time before it disconnects?
4. Do you notice this more with certain models or certain room types?

I notice it happens with every model I visit. It is not really a disconnect but a log out. I will talk with a model and I will leave her room or open another window to check my boost points and it says i am not logged in. I dont have a certain time frame of when it happens or how long it keeps me logged in.

Doug I think the problem is the system on the new chat seems to log people out after a while and when you try change room if you have been a in a room for a while it says you need to login again sometimes as if you never logged in. So if the system logs people out while they are in a room they never get the boost points for that room which shows them to be logged in as their name chatting but in the background it really has them logged out and you only notice it if you change rooms or change to a different part of the site. I noticed this too and was wondering if it was caused by the changing of interface from old to new sometimes that tripped this problem. Quote

I scheduled a few hours this week to test the HTML5 interface specifically looking for some of these harder to locate issues, including this one.
I appreciate the feedback guys, it should give me a good start in locating this particular problem.
