Technical Support: Tip Flood Not Working in New Interface

Just so you know, I had to switch to the "old" interface in order to give a model a tip flood of 250 credits. Now I'm using an iMac with a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB of SDRAM Memory on Safari 5.1.10 and System 10.6.8 Maybe you guys can figure out why the Tip Flood option would work in the New interface.

I wasn't even able to "input" any amount in the area I should have been able to. Only when I went back to the "old" interface, did that "white" amount box become available. In the "new" interface, that boxed area just remained a thin, white line and no amount of selecting or clicking on it would allow me to type in any numbers for the "Tip Flood".
