I often use flirt on my mobile phone. In recent times, I have seen issues with the app. This issue is with screen name. For example - If my user name is XYZ and I change my screen name to ABC. I have made ABC as default,set as social name and set as game name . But when I take the model to PVT session, it displays my user name XYZ and its not its not displaying ny default screen name.

This is happening only on mobile app and only in recent times.

Hrmm, first we've heard of this. We created a bug-fix task for the engineers to investigate further and see if we can get to the bottom of this.

Let me know if you need any further details... This is happening on Android phone. Atleast I have seen it on android phones...I am not sure about other phones. I am using Android 4.4.2 and I have also seen this on Android 4.2 as well...

We've taken a look into this issue and it appears that the reason is that when you provide your username and password to start a show, you need to enter the screen name you wish to appear and your main account password. When you enter your main username, it overrides whatever you have chosen to appear as in open.

Buddy, on the mobile app, it does not ask for user name and password to start the show, when i select pvt, it directly takes me in...

And when u say it overrides, thats not true. Because even on computer when we click pvt, it does not ask for user name and password then why mobile app ask for username and password for pvt.. Username and password is prompted only when we use OFFER option and that too, on my computer I do the same thing, when propmted, I give my actual user name and password, but never had this problem...

On my desktop its working properly with windows 7 and chrome, IE are the browser. but on my mobile its an problem. I am using Android 4.4, browser - Chrome, Dolphin, Android default browser, all 3 browsers having this issue. I dont think this has any thing to do with browser. I have had this problem with Android 4.2 as well.

Ravi, we've been testing on several different browsers and cannot seem to replicate the issue. A key item of note is that you are not being asked to sign in and our mobile interface always does this. Can you go to this URL and tell us what it says your user-agent is?

Unfortunately we cannot replicate this issue. We have emulated your device, attempted to log in as you, and have tested various other device combinations and cannot come across a condition where we are not prompted for a user/pass on our mobile interface.

However, the desktop version of our chat interface does do an auto-login based on your account username and we believe this is where the issue may be occurring. However, it will take a few days before we can release our fix as there are a few other changes that are going live shortly.

I will reach back out as soon as the change is live to see if this resolves your issue.

Ok...So looks like I found a bug..So you need to appreciate me for this... :winkwink

I think..the script used might have some problem..may be you will have to tweek the script a lil...
