Technical Support: Question about "hovering" over a performer's picture
Question: When one logs in to F4F and get's the various performers "windows" showing on the log on live cam scream, and one hovers over a specific model, where it shows "loading" then the performer in action...do the performers see that as a person entering their room for chat and the ID of the person "hovering", or does one actually have to enter the room by clicking on the performer for them to actually see one entering their room?

I don't know the answer for sure, but I would say that the preview window we see when we hover over a performer's room is like one-way glass - we can see the model but he or she can't see us Quote

Models can see something when we hover. If the room isn't busy a model will look up at their monitor when I hover, and one model in particular will get annoyed.

Models do NOT have the ability to see people who hover over their video. Only the names of users who enter their chat room. Hope that helps clear this up.

I'm also glad to get an answer about whether models can see an identity, but I still claim that models have some indication that there's someone hovering. Go into a quiet room and look for a reaction. The annoyed model I mentioned looks up from his reading and sometimes gestures at me.
