every model i been to can not see the new emotions

Not all models have updated to the latest version of the software which includes the emoticon update. Also, there is the ability for models to view the chat in "classic chat" which is an older style in the software. This older version does not support the emoticons so if they upgrade the software but use "classic chat" they won't see the new emoticons. They need to just switch to our regular chat mode. We'll continue to let models know to upgrade or switch chat styles as well. Quote
