Technical Support: big problem
Is it common for the delays to be 2-3 days + ? Just wondering if I am suffering from the delays or if the show didnt record at all.

A week ago they were 1 to 2 weeks behind, and working on it to speed things up to shorten that time. I got one from 02/09 and still waiting for 4. So, a bit of patience is needed, they should come through eventually. ;)

There is currently about a 10 day delay, but we're working on a resolution currently to get caught up and not fall behind again. Apologies for the inconvenience.
