Technical Support: Not allowing me to change screen names
I am not able to change screen names. I try multiple times and even if it does finally change it switches back to default as soon as I enter a room.

We're working on addressing this issue, anything you can describe to help us replicate it would be appreciated.

Not much to describe, I can be sitting in a room and click change username, select a username I want to use and click update. No change.
A couple times I clicked update 3 or 4 times and the username changes but if i leave that room to enter another it defaults back.
Latest attempt is not allowing me to change it.
I am on a pc using chrome, I have also tried Edge and IE.

The same thing is happening when I try changing font colour from yellow to white it remain yellow.
There should be option of changing before entering a room. Quote

There should be option of changing before entering a room.
There is one for VIP members. Enter the VIP tab and you have the option of choosing a screen name there and set it to white too. On confirming you enter a random room, go on from there.
You can also log into your account with any of your registered screen names and thus make it a default for your session.

if it does change it's only for a few seconds then changes back to gold while chatting. Quote

We're still working on a solution here. It seems to be related to some of the new technology we are using to combat against the DDoS site attacks. Stay tuned.

At the moment I have to carry that stupid sign with my level - and have no chance to hide it.
Why don't you show everybody what I have in my bank ? Or will that be next improvement ?

I am now having the same kinds of issues. I finally got the user name to change by logging out and signing in as the name I wanted to use. Then I bought credits in a model's room and the credit indicator showed the just-purchased credits off and on. When I tried to tip, up popped a tip denial message that I didn't have enough credits. I finally had to exit the room, buy additional credits, and was finally able to reinter with:
*the desired user name
*the correct number of credits purchased

My apologies, not sure how I lead one to believe I was such a purist. For the most part the rooms we meet in I go not use an alias but I do like to wander about and visit the new talent and offer a few tidbits here and there. Even Zeus would travel around in different identities. LOL

Well, that's good to know. I feel less apologetic about my own secret visitations. I'm always glad to see Twixel in a room, though.
