Technical Support: Problem with new vod system

Since you guys switched to the new vod system I have a bunch of my old shows that now say 'Invalid or missing recording ID' when they used to playback fine

Can you drop us an email with examples? That error sounds like a misconfiguration somewhere as if you're able to see the video to click on it then certainly the recording ID is not missing or invalid.

Thee are a couple vod's I have purchased that have technical difficulties. Locking up or getting "no image available" messages. I know they are problems with the vod because the technical issues happen at the same time, each time video is played. Is there a way to get refunded for a bad vod purchase?

This is like whackamole on this problem. If I sent you a notification on all the issues I have had with old shows, I'd spend all day. I've just figured that the audio, video, etc. glitches will never be fixed.
