Technical Support: wide scren and smaller screen

just a quick question.. not really a discussion topic. Why when a model has wide screen in open chat, then moves to group pledging does a smaller screen come up after the reloading circles. Is this room setting or the system?

Their video is still in 16:9 (widescreen) but the additional information and tools below the video for Group Chat requires that we reduce the size of the video slightly to make room for the additional stuff. Hopefully I'm understanding your question correctly, LMK if that doesn't address it.
