I can log in on Safari, but cannot enter a room. I was finally able to log in on google chrome, but it took several minutes to log in, and i can not enter any rooms using chrome.

Site is painfully slow over last 24 hours - performed a trace route and it appears several of your telia.net endpoints are failing. Request just gets timed out. Not going to post the full IP address of the private telia.net servers but I'll post the last two segments of the IP addresses with pass/fail results below:
9 ms response time - *.*.44.61
32 ms response time - *.*.246.75
70 ms response time - *.*.123.137
TIMEOUT - FAILED TO RESPOND - *.*.32.65

Perhaps the info above will give your teams some guidance on optimizing load balancing operations.

i agree , its been painfully slow the last couple of days, logging in has taken ages and then the response time for rooms to open has been really long , and twice now i have tipped , received a tip fail message telling me to try again , which i did , only for the tips to then appear in duplicate, so i end up tipping twice the amount . I dont know whats happening at the site but its becoming very clunky and a pain

I had the same issues. Long time logging in, tips not appearing until after a looong time, room video taking ages to load etc. etc. Is the site under attack again?

Over the past week, I have problems with a very slow connection and a screen with a message "You cannot access this site" while I am trying to move around and waiting to be connected. On occasion, the screen simply freezes and come on and off. I visited another site and did experience any of these problems.

On Nov 4th, I experienced similar problems logging in. "You cannot access this site" is a frequent screen I get. I must refresh over and over at times. Tipping was also a problem and had to try multiple times to get it right. Moving around in the site is slower than I ever experienced in the past. My browser is Google Chrome.

FYI: It is Nov 14th and I am having the same problems I described on Nov 4th in accessing this site, using the Tips option and experiencing very slow movement around the site. I use Google Chrome.

It's 11/15 and same ole problems as 11/14 and 11/04 (Message that I cannot access this site, extremely slow in moving around the site, tipping requires multiple attempts, etc). I find myself refreshing over and over to move through the site. I use Google Chrome and have adjusted settings to allow flash and downloads but the problems continue.

"THIS SITE CANNOT BE REACHED (F4F took too long to respond)" is the message page I keep getting. On the page, you have an option to request a Diagnostic. The results of the Diagnostic by Windows reported it could not identify the problem. It's difficult to even view a model's profile without trying over and over. I use Google Chrome but have not experience this kind of problem over the past two years until this past month.
