Hi, someone had a similar issue lately and they said this advice was helpful.
Do you have more than one screen name? I found that the FC can be assigned to the screen name, but the default login would be in my base username. I entered the FC by using the screen name at login. Not sure if that's the issue, but maybe that will help.
