Technical Support: Shows costing more than posted?
I just entered a private show that costed 100 credits, and I had purchased 225 right before entering the show, when I got in the show I purchased a promo for an additional 250 credits, which would total to 475, when I left the show I had zero credits left? I did extend the show, but only once and upon purchasing the additional 250, I should have more credits left, I bought a total of 475, and spent a total of 180, so I'm confused, pls help explain this, I feel cheated, this could be a mistake on either ends, I'd like to understand the issue better, before I purchase anymore credits, because this happens almost everytime I buy a private show

The Show you entered was 100cpm (credits per minute) not 100 credits total. We will reach out to you via email to discuss this further.

It's credits per minute not credits per show. So at 100cpm If your show lasted 4 mins 45 seconds that would be all your credits. If your show only lasted 1 minute and 48 seconds it would have been 180 credits and you would have had credits left over.
