Technical Support: Cam 2 Cam error

I can't use the c2c feature. If I start/test c2c it comes up but after about 15 seconds I always get the same error message: ws_msg_of_unidentified_type: {"mediatype":"video","track":0,"type":"on_track_drop"}
It happens on all my devices; laptop, phone and tablet on different browsers.
Customer service has made a ticket of the error for the IT department.
I can ping the c2cserver: wowza003.rs-de.vs3.com. I can not (!) ping flirt4free.com or secure.vs3.com !!! (ping time-out)
I wonder if someone else has encountered this error as well ?! Quote

I have no pop-up blockers activated for flirt4free. I enabled everything but the motion sensor. I don't know why flirt would need the motion sensor.

I also have to add to the recent troubles on the site lately.
C2C doesn't work sometimes in a private and it's frustrating especially when a Show Offer is accepted; you don't want to exit and reload just to lose what was already committed.
In certain sessions, model video streams don't load at all and you have to wait for them to stop broadcasting then start another session, to cross your fingers and hope their video appears. I've tried all browsers so don't blame it on popup blockers or any other excuse. Same thing happens when I connect to the cellular network of my phone, video doesn't load at all.

So, it's a well known error which you are fixing. I must say: It takes a long time. I've been having this error for more then two months.
I still wonder why it is I can't ping secure.vs3.com / flirt4free.com ?!? O_0

Correct, this has recently been addressed and we are currently working on the fix for this, sorry for any inconvenience while this is solved. Thanks for your patience! -CP
