Technical Support: Removing videos
Is it possible to delete videos from ones collection? Like to do some house cleaning of private videos?

You can hide them yourself !
Go to your collection, or the Director's Vault. In collections find the video and on the bottom right will be the model's name. Just below that, three icons. 1) A human bust which will take you to all the videos directed by that director, that are available to be viewed. 2) A ❤️ to add that VOD to your favorites and 3) A - sign. Click on the - and it will ask you to confirm you wish to hide this specific video.
In the Director's Vault you will see Share or -
If you hide a video in error or wish to retrieve it to your collection, then you will need to contact Customer Service.
