Hey guys,
I'm dealing with a fairly complex issue. A model who is on my favorites does not show up on the main page, even on the top of my list where my favorites are when they are online. I can see them in my Favorites section from My Account which is how I know they are online. This has been ongoing for sometime and as a result the model is getting very low traffic, namely just me!
Is there someway I can get a bilingual tech (English/Spanish) to set up a troubleshooting session with me and the model so that we can solve this problem? The model has already agreed that this would be a good idea (in case you're wondering). Quote
