Technical Support: Wrong VOD linked to Show History
I had a multi-user show with Cyrus X this morning (15 March, 2:04 a.m. ET) but in my Show History it links to an April 2011 show by another performer, Patrixa Lux. Has this ever happened before to anyone? How long does it take to resolve after notifying Customer Support (if it gets resolved at all)?

I am not sure if it is the same thing, but I cannot access the General Discussion forum, as I am not VIP. But were your VODs replaced with VODs for an entirely different performer?

Absolutely.
Currently I have 6 entries in my March 2013 Show History which show the wrong VODs. All of the VODs are dated August 2011. All of them are the wrong performers, who I have never had any contact with. 3 of them are male and 3 are female
One of them I cannot even identify because "The original customer has requested that this show be kept private". That makes it even more galling that it should appear in my Show History
Some of these VODs appear alongside group chats, where I don't expect to receive a VOD. However, 3 of these appear in place of VODs for my private shows last week. Those VODs have not been received. That is why it was mentioned in the current "Shows Not Recording" topic
I have been pressing VS about this, and had confirmation today that they are still trying to fix the problem Quote
Thank you for filling me in. It is a slight comfort to me--though of none to you, I am sure--that I am not the only one dealing with this issue. I will continue to check the various threads, and to check (or badger) regularly with Customer Service. Hopefully our problems will be resolved soon.

So counting mine plus Ronnie's missing VODS starting on March 5 and now zyxwv098's on the 15th. That makes 10 days of the same "technical problem".

That would be great, and when will that be?
My show was on March 10th at 7:56 pm EST with a male model for 80 mins.
In my History it shows the correct name of the male model, the correct date/time and credits spent, but the actual VOD has been "replaced" by a 9:55 min private show of some female model named Meliora done on 8/17/2011.
I have spoken to both Jim and Jason in Customer Service who assured me MY 80 min private show HAD been recorded and the problem should be resolved in 24 hours. That was a week ago.
As you can see below, ronnie-uk has already tracked a trend:
Forgottenclone - I am still hopeful that the current missing VODs might be recovered when VS discovers why there are a number of errors in the Show History (for the first time).
I have noticed that the wrong VODs in the Show History are not as random as I first thought:
Date of show: Mar 5 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 13 2011
Date of show: Mar 6 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 14 2011
Date of show: Mar 7 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 15 2011
Date of show: Mar 9 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 16 2011
In your case the dates are:
Date of show: Mar 10 2013 Show History VOD: Aug 17 2011
Any updates when this problem will be resolved and my private show found and restored is appreciated.

I have faith that the people at VS are doing their best to help us, and that we will soon have the right VODs linked up to our Show Histories. After all, they've gotten us this far, right?

Just thought I should mention that on the page for the actual VOD, there is still a link to the August 2011 VOD under the "Other Parts" heading.

Unfortunately, we continue to have a technical issue at one of our datacenter located in New York. This has caused a backlog of approximately 4,000 recordings, delaying from importing into the Video archives. Rest assure that once connectivity is restored the system will get those videos imported.
In addition, there are some experiencing a bug in their "My Shows" section, where an incorrect VOD is displaying in the list. This issue has been fixed.

I am missing vods also,guess i am not the only one?
I am missing 5 recoreded shows,but in history they show not recoreded?

I, too, have 2 very long shows that were thousands of credits that I'm still missing... and they were exceptionally HOT!! I've been anxious to see them again. Here are the details:
