Technical Support: Slow to open links

Is anyone else having difficulty in opening the links to INBOX - GIFTS - etc both at the top of the page next to the user name and the links to numerous items at the bottom of the page?
I have tried them in both Firefox and Chrome and for several weeks now they have been taking an eternity to connect, if at all. All I get is the small revolving search cursor. Quote
